Ingredients
1- large package elbow macaroni
1large chicken -rotisserie (deboned,meat diced)
1 bottle Frank's Wing Sauce
2 small yellow onion, diced /Sauteed
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
2 sticks. butter
1 large block velveeta, cubed
2 packs shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 contaner of crumbled blue cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
Shred chicken, add additional hot sauce and ranch seasoning if desired.
Cook macaroni according to directions on box , drain.
Sautee onions
Add salt and pepper
melt butter and velvetta in microwave about 5 mins.
Place macaroni, chicken mixture ,ranch mix and cheese into a large bowl,
Mix well.
Top with shredded cheese and blue cheese and bake uncovered
in a 350 degree oven until fully heated, about 15 minutes.
*This makes 2- large baking dishes full.
