MAKES 12
INGREDIENTS:
1- 1/3 CUPS WATER
2-1/2 TBS BUTTER
1-1/3 TBS SUGAR
2/3TSP SALT
4 CUPS FLOUR
2-1/2 TSP YEAST
MIX DOUGH. ROLL DOUGH INTO SHORT/MEDIUM STRIPS AND SHAPE INTO PRETZELS. COVER AND LET RISE 45 MINUTES. BRUSH PRETZELS WITH PASTRY BRUSH USING BOILING WATER. SPRINKLE ON SEA SALT. ( OR WE DID CINNAMON AND SUGAR, WE ALSO DID A FEW PLAIN ONES AND SPREAD THEM WITH NUTELLA AFTER BAKING)
GREASE BAKING SHEET. BAKE A 425 DEGREES FOR 12 MINUTES
