I already made up a batch of Caldo de Rez and a batch of Exotic Chinese Cucumber Soup and some baba ghanoush. I will be making a Dijon Tuna Nicoise, Stewed okra and tomatoes over rice,and much more wonderful healthy foods from this bounty.
