ASIAN COOKING-CUCUMBER SOUP & GINGER TOFU NOODLES RECIPES


GINGER NOODLES
4 OZ OF RAMEN NOODLES
2 TSP SESAME OIL
2 TSP GRATED GINGER
6 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
1 C SNOW PEAS
2 TSP SOY, NAMPLA FISH SAUCE, RED PEPPER
1 C. TOFU
1C. BEAN SPROUTS
1 C CILANTRO
1 C. TOFU
COOK NOODLES AND DRAIN
SAUTE GINGER ADD SNOW PEAS
STIR IN NOODLES AND GREEN ONIONS
ADD SEASONING AND TOSS
AT END GENTLY TOSS IN CILANTRO, BEAN SPROUTS AND TOFU
SERVES 4 CALORIES 198
EXOTIC CHINESE CUCUMBER SOUP
6 C. CHICKEN BROTH
2 LARGE CUCUMBERS (PEELED SEEDED, DICED)
4 GREEN ONIONS CHOPPED
8 TSP SESAME OIL
1 TB NAMPLA OR RICE VINEGAR
TSP GRATED GINGER
BRING BROTH TO BOIL, ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS COOK FOR 20 MINUTES. SERVE HOT
SERVES 4-6
