Corn and Crabmeat Soup Recipe

Corn and Crabmeat Soup

1 lb lump crab meat
1/4 c butter
2 c chicken stock
1c yellow corn
1/4c flour
2 c half and half
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and blend well. add Chicken stock, stirring constantly. Cook until thick and smooth. stir in cream, crabmat and corn and seasonings. Cook over low heart for about 45 mins to 1 hr.
*Canned or frozen corn can be used
