I adore the Fleur de Lis. I just think it is a beautiful design. I came across a roadside statuary shop that was selling this 3ft tall cement statue for $20. I thought that was a fabulous deal. My find is now an elegant focal point for the garden.

- The Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest- Stieg Larsson, I am jus about to start it. I a scared to as its the last in the series and once its done t will be like losing a cherished friend.
- The Girl Who Played with Fire-Stieg Larsson- the 2nd in the trilogy,once again I couldnt put it down.
- The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo-Stieg Larsson, I loved this book.It became an addiction.I went out and bought the rest of th series. I can't get enough
- Galveston a Novel- Nic Pizzolatto, very disappointing,references to Galveston are few and contrived,lacked accurracy
- Puttin on the Grits- A Guide to Southern Entertaining by Deborah Ford -Cute book, some nice recipes and reminders of what good manners are suppossed to be.
