opening Mexican restaurants, decided they wanted to try a new venture. After traveling and eating at many different places around the country, they composed a
menu that would bring many different flavors from around the world under one roof. They used their knowledge and experience to put together Bleu Monkey Grill
, and decided that Hot Springs AR, would be ideal for the birth of this new concept.

I really enjoyed my meal. I had Tomato basil soup, a house salad and the spicy ahi tempura rolls, my husband had a steak. I was very impressed by the eclectic nature of the menu. Everything on it sounded like something I would love to try.
